The location of this place being a short walk from the main square was ideal and convenient for exploring.

The Owner of this riad is very friendly guy, I have received very warm welcome and also during the stay. This place is almost new. Therefore the facilities are quite new.
The location, it took me quite some times to be able to find this riad. It has no sign at all, even on the door.

Great location near Jardin Majorelle Garden and within walking distance to charming local markets.

Overall nice facilities and a really tasty breakfast with pancakes and baguette, for example. The very very nice staff all round. Great and lovely location to come from Train Station or Airport, and 15 minute walk from Souk of the Medina. And really close to many local restaurants, bars and local stalls selling all that may need, Marrakech for a couple of hours and the medina of Marrakesh...

The staff at the riad was excellent! They were there to help in anyway possible when needed. The breakfast was amazing and kept us going all through the morning. It felt like being at home and the feeling of security was also there. We all felt very safe and comfortable here. The rooftop terrace was great to take a break from the city and just relax in the sun. We would definatly recommend to stay here!
Just like in any other city or town in the world take care in the evening. Never be alone or carry anything that other people would be interested in. There was someone that had their bag taken from them late at night (3:00 or 4:00 in the morning) and the people that did it were not afraid to be known. They wanted money to give back all the items and they were seen a couple of times during the day hanging around. Use commen sense and do not carry valuable items with you in plain view, I am sure these guys will not be of any threat. We highly recomend staying at this Riad!!! It was really great!! Do not let this stop you from staying here, the city is great and the people are very friendly and wonderful!

-room has TV - standart breakfast - building is relatively new
-no roof terrace - the riads roof is actually a plastic sheet! not very nice! -owner offered a taxi to the airport for 150dh at 7.30am and said there were no other taxis at this time, this was a lie and the real price is between 50-80dh for two persons!

The room was clean, offered international channels, and was suitable for a family with two older children.

All in all it was a very good value for money! Location was good (bit hard to find at first),but you could walk to Jema el fna,.there was a great rose smell all over the place and the room felt very clean!
Hm..breakfast was average but ok for the price..it was missing the "home feeling" the next riad we stayed had. But yet very good value for money!

The Riad was great and the staff friendly and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable. Close to the square, quality hammam/spas and good food.
There are actually 2 riads - one is a couple of doors down from the other. I was situated in the further away one which the staff did not work in. This meant it was often dark and deserted and not entirel comforting for a solo female traveller. The wifi was not in this Riad.

Convenient location, not right in the busy square but still close enough to explore everything. 🏙️ easy access to both the outskirts and the heart of the old town.

Very helpful nice personel, special Yusef and Samira who helped us with all the queations we had. The room was kept professionally, typical Maroccan design en interior were exotic. Fantastic place to stay.
It was inpossible to find the location without asking locak people. They insist much money(about 5 euro) for showing the location which is 5 minutes walking. So, make a fix price before asking help, because they don;t tell you at the beginning that they will ask money and you will think they do it a s a favour. This is for all Riad in the city and not only for Riad Rose Du Dessert.
